Simple Life
"Everything in its place and a place for everything." was the inspiration for this
900 square foot apartment renovation that fulfilled the client´s desire for a simple and restful home where cleanliness and order prevail. Easy to maintain materials, and easy to clean sinuous details characterize the approach to this design. One of the best ways to create an oasis of calm in the tumult of New York City is to design for effortless order.
Design Tip: Even in a small apartment it is essential to provide plenty of storage. Although it is always hard to part with the space, well planned storage closets allow the living space to be free of clutter.
