Since 2005 Ben has raised the bar for management and documentation of New York high design projects. Ben was the senior asscociate at Margolis and Fishman, a highly respected firm that caters to the needs of the the hi-tech and bio-tech communities. He designed and executed over 1,000,000 square feet of office and laboratory construction. Ben managed multi-million dollar budgets and large project teams that created headquarters for some of Boston's largest and most respected companies.
